At Robot Generation, we are committed to assisting our customers with post-purchase service and support. Please review our customer service terms below:
🛠 1. Service Handling

➤ All customer service and after-sales support will be managed only at our head office/service center.

➤ We do not have local service centers in other areas.
🚚 2. Courier Responsibility

➤ If any product requires servicing, the customer must:

➤ Courier the product to our head office at their own cost

➤ Ensure safe packaging and include all original accessories/invoice

After servicing, we will return the product. Return courier cost will also be borne by the customer.
🔧 3. Warranty/Repair Support

➤ Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be honored at the head office only.

➤ We are not responsible for damage during transit if the product is not properly packed by the customer.

➤ Repairs outside warranty (or customer-caused damage) will be charged as per actual repair cost.

➤Do not send any product for service without prior approval from our support team.

➤We reserve the right to reject any item sent without authorization or missing details.
