1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier availability, holidays, or other external factors.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable logistics partners such as [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.] to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMSOr Whatsapp or Call with a tracking number. The tracking link usually becomes active within 24 -48 hours.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or return-to-origin (RTO) charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Robot Generation is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help you resolve such issues as smoothly as possible.

➤ If you receive a damaged product, please make a clear video at the time of opening the parcel. This video acts as proof and is mandatory for raising a damage claim with the courier partner.

➤ Keep all packaging materials, the shipping label, and the damaged item intact.

➤ If the package appears tampered with or items are missing, notify us immediately along with the unboxing video and photos.
Claims for damaged or missing items without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
