Return & Exchange Policy

We at Robot Generated strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Exchange policy carefully.



🔄 1. Exchange Only Policy (No Refunds)

  • ➤ We offer exchange only, strictly no refunds.

  • ➤ Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • ➤ We do not accept returns for refund under any circumstance, unless the item is out of stock or undeliverable.



📦 2. Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for exchange:

  • ➤ The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • ➤ It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice included.

  • ➤ An exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • ➤ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.



🚫 3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • ➤Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • ➤ Customized or personalized items

  • ➤ Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer

  • ➤ Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics, food, etc.)



📹 4. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged/Wrong Products

  • ➤ In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong product, a video of the unboxing is mandatory.

  •  ➤ The video must clearly show:

    •  ➤ The outer packaging

    •  ➤ The parcel being opened without interruption

    •  ➤ The issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

  • ➤ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.



📦 5. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. ➤ Contact us via or Whatsapp: us at 8518090555  within 3 days of delivery.

  2. ➤ Share your order number, reason for exchange, and photos/video evidence.

  3. ➤ Once your request is approved, we will:

    • ➤Arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable by our courier partners)

    • ➤Or guide you to ship the item to our return address

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

  5. All process of our exchange complete within 10-12 business days.




💸 6. Shipping & Courier Fee Deductions

  • ➤If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., size change, address issue, cancellation after dispatch), the courier/shipping fee will be deducted from the exchanged item value.

  • ➤For defective/wrong products, we bear the courier charges.

  • ➤COD fees and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited in exchange value.



⚠️ 7. Courier Delay or Non-Delivery

  • ➤Delivery estimates are between 7–10 working days, based on your PIN code.

  • ➤We rely on 3rd-party courier partners and are not liable for delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, lockdowns, or remote locations).

  • ➤In case of non-delivery, please report within 72 hours of the expected delivery date.



🛑 8. Policy Abuse or Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to deny exchange requests from customers who misuse or repeatedly violate our Return & Exchange Policy.

We may update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
