We offer a 100 Days Replacement Warranty from the invoice date for eligible products. Please read the terms below to understand what's covered.

• ➤ Eligible for replacement within 100 days from invoice date.

• ➤To claim warranty:

• ➤This is an imported unit – authorized service centers do not cover accessory warranties.

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

• ➤ Damage to fiber, plastic parts, paint, dents, or normal wear & tear

• ➤ Misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, burnt units

• ➤ Unauthorized repairs or use in conditions not recommended

• ➤ Any associated/connected products used with this item will not be covered if they are damaged

• ➤ No warranty on accessories included with import units

📦 Warranty Claim Process

• ➤ Customer must courier the product to us at their own cost for warranty or replacement processing.

• ➤ Ensure safe packaging and include the original invoice.

• ➤ All warranty decisions will be at the sole discretion of Robot Generation based on inspection.
