Refund & Exchange Policy

At Robot Generation , customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.



🔁 1. Exchange Policy

We follow a “Exchange-Only” model.

You can request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • ➤ The item is defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered

  • ➤The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • ➤ The product is in unused, original condition with tags and packaging

  • ➤ A mandatory unboxing video is provided clearly showing the issue



2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • ➤ Products marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • ➤ Used, washed, or damaged items

  • ➤ Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • ➤ Customized or personalized items

  • ➤ Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)



💵 3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following rare cases:

  • ➤ The product is out of stock

  • ➤ The order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen issues

  • ➤ The product was undelivered due to our courier partner’s fault

  • ➤ The product received is defective and cannot be exchanged

Note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • ➤ Customer preference change (e.g., “I don’t like it”)

  • ➤ Size issues (unless incorrect size was sent)

  • ➤ Delay by courier partners unless undelivered



💸 4. Shipping & Courier Fee Deductions

  • ➤ In case of approved refunds or order cancellations after dispatch, courier/shipping fees will be deducted

  • ➤ COD charges and original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • ➤ If the error is on our side (damaged/wrong product), no deduction will be applied



📦 5. Exchange/Refund Process

  1. ➤Email us at support@robotgeneration.in or WhatsApp 8518090555  within 3days of receiving the product

  2. ➤Include Order ID, description of the issue, and unboxing video

  3. ➤Our team will verify and approve the request

  4. ➤You will be guided through reverse pickup or asked to ship the product to our return address

  5. ➤ After inspection, the exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed in 5–7 business days



⚠️ 6. Important Notes

  • ➤Products sent back without approval will not be accepted

  • ➤If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship the item

  • ➤Policy abuse (frequent returns, false damage claims) may lead to denial of future requests




7. Cancellations

  • ➤ Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • ➤ If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a cancellation charge including courier fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • ➤ For prepaid orders, any cancellation after dispatch will have courier/shipping charges deducted before refund.

  • ➤ COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
